Marhal cc trading as SHEQPlus™ provides a total solution for your Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Risk Management System Plus Project Management.
Marhal cc has been providing Health, Safety and Environmental advice and training services to commerce, industry, construction, demolition, Hazmat Emergency Response and SHEQ Project Management for over 10 years. Our head office is based in Cape Town, South Africa and we provide a national and international service. Internationally we have completed successful projects in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Congo, Europe and the USA.
SHEQPlus™ is headed up by Dave Marock who has more than 25 years of experience in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), in particular Emergency and 'Hazmat Response'. He was the founder of the South African 24 Hour Spill Response Association and was the Chairman for 5 years. Dave also founded Waste Care which, after gaining prominent market share in the Cape, was sold to Wasteman. Through Dave's network, SHEQPlus™ has a consortium of medium to large sized firms working together to provide a unique outsourcing resource. SHEQPlus™ combines the talents of some of the leading emergency, crisis, SHEQ and business enterprise risk management consultants in the world.
At SHEQplus™ we utilize our extensive network of seasoned consultants to provide highly reputable personnel with proven skills that match the requirements of each assignment. We work co-operatively with our clients and each other to ensure the best in service delivery. SHEQPlus™' competitive advantage lies in the fact that it doesn't promote one specific kind of technology or system in order to solve a client's Safety, Health, Environmental or Quality problem.
In problem solving, we use project teams consisting of the most capable and best qualified team members in their respected fields. Each dynamic project team is compiled in co-operation with the client and differs in every situation according to its specific requirements.
Currently Marhal cc has a long term contract with a national waste company to implement a complete legal register to ensure total SHEQ compliance. The Marhal team will write and facilitate the implementation of management systems that comply with national and international standards. These include ISO 9001:2000 Quality, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental, OHSAS 18001:2007.
